Yes. The platform continues with document, housing, and student-life information, while official procedures, tenancy decisions, and third-party services remain the student’s responsibility.
Scope of support
Students can continue to access public information on identity cards, extension during study, housing preparation, connectivity, transport, and campus registration, with consultation links where appropriate.
What the student must complete
Identity registration, university registration, banking or mobile onboarding, and tenancy signing generally require the student’s own verification and decision. The platform cannot replace official bodies or regulated professionals.
Reduce risk
Use official channels first and keep document and payment records. Independently verify large payments, tenancy terms, and identity matters before acting.
